DZ Zone NYC has recently launched a series of limited edition handbags in collaboration with the American abstract artist Peter Reginato, to epitomize the ultimate definition of Wearable Art. Since the day of its conception, Bæl has been providing consulting services to the founder of DZ Zone NYC to seamlessly integrate physical and digital worlds, and deliver outstanding customer experiences that will gradually lead to profitable growth. Guidance and support on important aspects such as brand identity, promotional activity, digital, social and physical presence as well as event planning and execution is what Bæl's contributions to the brand have been, only to lead to the very first strategic partnership with Flying Solo, a hub for international fashion designers in the heart of New York's Soho.

After three years of operations, the e-commerse jewelry brand Cement Chemistry decided to start building and incorporating comprehensive, collaborative approaches to structure the brand’s strategy in solid grounds. Bæl has been working closely with the emerging designer Elena Kapompasopoulou in developing 360° marketing campaigns, leveraging the right channels and communicating appropriate, call-to-action messages, capitalizing on the brand’s existing visual assets. Being responsible for all components of the marketing plan across multiple channels, Bæl is initiating and handling business-to-business partnerships, synergies, and collaborations to create buzz, build brand awareness, drive sales and customer engagement.

DeGRwear unites, gets inspired, designs, fabricates, and offers handmade creations in accessories. Their aim is the star of "sustainability" in all its applications. Being an advocate of a sustainable lifestyle, Bæl has been the brand's ambassador and spokesperson, while at the same time has been imparting new critical skills to the team for better understanding the priority action charters required to build and deliver a strategy that effectively responds to all complexities of omni-channel marketing.

Bæl joined Marks & Spencer Greece as Marketing Trainee, then moved Internal Communications Specialist and was soon promoted to External Communications Manager. In a difficult external environment and in the midst of the economic crisis in Greece, Bæl was able to be present and contribute to the strong foothold the Marketing department was taking. Bæl has organized and implemented several above the line initiatives all with great success enabling M&S Greece to enhance its brand perception. Exceeding the needs of her role, Bæl also assumed responsibilities for ATL, BTL and PR activities for 6 Balkan countries (focusing mainly in Romania & Bulgaria), bringing great results in measurable KPIs and enhancing M&S brand equity. During this time, Bæl received several awards for demonstrating exemplary company values.

XRC Labs is an innovation accelerator that brings together entrepreneurs, investors, brands and retailers to foster rapid innovation and unlock new opportunities in retail. As a valuable team member, Bæl contributed in shaping the corporate brand, making XRC Labs the leading authority on retail and consumer goods innovation, by crafting impactful marketing campaigns and developing strong and effective content strategies on social media, website, newsletters, and blog entries. At the same time, Bæl worked closely with 10 fashion and tech startups from the US, Hong Kong, Chile, and Wales to assist them in marketing strategy, brand awareness, and customer acquisition tactics. Most importantly, Bæl helped startups in terms of pitching and demonstrating their products and retail solutions to investors, sponsors, brands, retailers, and innovation enthusiasts.
